IKEA partnered with ASUS ROG announces its new Gaming-themed product lineup

A collaboration to develop a new range of affordable gaming furniture accessories has been announced by IKEA, the furnishing firm, and the Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG). According to IKEA, TechRadar reported that the products range from functionality to home gaming furniture designed by the IKEA Product Development Centre in Shanghai.

The new range of furniture offers more than 30 items, including gaming desks and chairs, a mouse bungee, a neck pillow, a drawer unit, a mug holder, a ring light, and many more. The company said in a statement that gaming furniture has its own style and design focus and the company will like to find new ways to make gaming fit into homes through ROG’s in-depth understanding of the gaming industry.

Kris Huang, General Manager, ASUS Gaming Gear and Accessory Business Unit, said the new IKEA and ROG partnership would help both to find new and interesting ways to delight gamers in and around the home room. The new gaming range was launched by the company at IKEA China on 29 January 2021 and will be available from May 2021 at IKEA Japan. In October 2021, global sales will begin. With this new gaming furniture, IKEA will target both gaming fans and professional e-sports athletes.
